HGF ALL STAFF RETREAT

Join us for the HGF All-Staff Retreat on Monday, September 8 and Tuesday, September 9 in Springfield, MA! Our retreat will kick off at 12 p.m. on Monday and end at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The 2025 All-Staff Retreat is inspired by the Jewish values of kehilla (community), kavanah (intention), sakranut (curiosity), and hochma (wisdom). Together, we will look inward to strengthen our skills, reconnect with our purpose, and learn from one another to grow both individually and as a team.

All staff should be in attendance unless otherwise discussed with your manager. We will provide more information about specific activities in the coming months. In the meantime, please RSVP so we can best host you in September.

For remote staff traveling to Springfield, you must review your travel plans (cost, dates, etc.) with your manager before booking and reference the Travel and Expense Policy for specific expense questions.

For local staff, parking expenses for each day will be covered by the HGF.
